The 14-day eligibility window starts from the date of delivery.

You can return any item within 14 days of purchase and you will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping. 

All items must be in excellent condition with no missing parts for refund.

Once an order is placed, please allow one to two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.

Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:

Incorrect billing address and phone number:

Make sure that the billing address listed on your account matches that associated with your payment method.

Credit card limit reached:

Check your credit card limit. You may have reached your daily or total credit card limit when we tried to charge your card. Try decreasing your daily spending limit or enter a new credit card with a higher credit limit.

We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to parentalzservice@gmail.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 14- day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

If you package has been stolen, please send your police report to parentalzservice@gmail.com.  After verifying, we will happily send a new product for you free of charge.

At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return . You will receive a refund back to your original payment method once your item has been received in proper condition.
